Kujtim Dobruna is an economist with an MBA and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He has more than 20 years of experience in market entry, investment, company building and international economic development.
He has advised more than 300 companies, structured international investment projects and built organisations. In Switzerland, he has served as CEO, interim CEO and board member.
This combination of advisory and operational experience shapes EntryPoint’s approach: test the business case, align the right people and responsibilities, and keep implementation moving towards a clear result.
