A useful first call starts with five answers

You do not need a finished solution. A short preparation, however, turns a general information call into a practical discussion about readiness and next steps.

1. What will happen in Switzerland?

Describe the activity in a few sentences: sales, advisory, investment, production, research or regional management. Say what will be done locally and what stays abroad.

2. Who stands behind the project?

Ownership, beneficial owners and source of funds must be transparent. This matters to banks, specialists and the overall ability to make commitments.

3–5. Market, resources and goals

List existing Swiss customers or relationships, the resources available for setup and operation, and two or three results you want within twelve months.

  • Existing customers, partners or active discussions
  • Budget, leadership and team capacity
  • A realistic timeline
  • Measurable first-year outcomes
